Trading Platforms

The BrickX platform is where investors can go to purchase Bricks belonging a variety of different properties. The BrickX trading platform is also utilized for the trading and selling of Brick assets. The platform runs 24/7, meaning traders can buy and sell units of property (Bricks) all day, every day. As well, the BrickX platform is web-based and fully compatible on mobile devices.

The platform is very simple and intuitive, giving investors just enough features they need to easily and successfully make trades. To make informed trading and investment decisions, traders have access to the properties trade history, the estimated rental yield, historical growth, total property cost, debt, equity, and the initial Bric price. The BrickX platform does not utilize any graphs to view and analyze this data, but traders can view and compare information between different properties through tables and charts.

Trading Markets

BrickX is not your everyday trading platform with various tradeable assets. The whole platform is based and focused on one financial asset class which is property. The properties listed on BrickX are located within Australia in the cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide. There is a total of 14 properties listed on the site, but the company has plans to list over 100 properties for people to invest in, in the near future. The properties available include condo units, apartment units, and full houses, and the BrickX team plans to add more property types to their markets in the future. As mentioned before, investors purchase portions of the property which are represented in Bricks. The value of each Brick is calculated by taking the total value of the investment property and dividing it by 10,000. For example, a $1,000,000 property divided by 10,000 Bricks equals $100/Brick. The Bricks are the tradeable property assets on the BrickX markets.

BrickX has very friendly and helpful customer support. The company can be reached both by email and telephone from 8:30am – 6:00pm (AEST). Customers have reported that the response time is very fast and, and customer service representatives handle all issues and questions in a professional and friendly matter. Other forms of support include the extensive FAQ page where customers will find detailed answers to most if not all questions they could possibly have. The FAQ page is well organized, complete with a search bar and questions listed alphabetically. Another method of support is the glossary page, which is just as impressive as the FAQ page. Additionally, traders and investors can find all the information they need in BrickX’s education center. Here, people will find numerous articles and blog posts about the BrickX platform and company. As well, investors have access to tutorials and webinars. They can even interact with support via their social media channels that are incorporated into the education center. BrickX really does go the extra mile for accommodating investors needs and making sure they are fully aware of how the platform works and how to profit from it.

Security and Fairness

BrickX was established in 2014 and has since then built up an excellent reputation among their investors. The company provides very safe and secure investment services into property financial assets. The platform utilizes 128 bit secure sockets layer encryption, which allows for the secure transformation of sensitive information. As well, the company follows a strict privacy policy that is outlined for investors to review. To put their client’s minds at ease, BrickX holds investors funds in segregated accounts. Brickx definitely thought of a new way to invest. It's a brave new world.
BrickX is a new concept, so it may be more of a gamble than an investment.
