Security and Fairness

The Capital Markets online trading brokerage does not disclose any of the security measures they take and there is no information available regarding the reliability or trustworthiness of Capital Markets. However, the brokerage is owned and operated by Varalen Capital Markets LLC and is based in the United States. The Capital Markets brokerage does not appear to be licensed or regulated, but their founding company is by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). As well, they are a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). Therefore, Capital Markets comes from a highly reputable background, but there is a lot of uncertainty around the Capital Markets brokerage themselves. However, as far as we can tell, Capital Markets is a safe, fair, and secure online trading brokerage.

Support

Capital Markets provides their customers with support via email, telephone, and an online contact form. The hours in which the broker can be reached are not posted, but we can assume it’s 5 days a week, Money though Friday. Additional methods of support include contact and interaction via their social media channels which include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, and YouTube. Additionally, Capital Markets offers provides traders with an extensive FAQ page, a small glossary of trading terms, and a guide for beginner traders. All in all, the level of customer support is only mediocre, and traders do not have access to an education center.

Conclusion

Capital Markets is a cutting edge ECN online trading brokerage that features an extensive list of tradeable assets spread across a number of global markets. The trading platform provided by them is highly advanced and accommodating for all traders, whether they’re just starting out or are an experienced veteran. Some downsides to Capital Markets is the lack of customer support options and the lack of transparency regarding fees and commissions, and security aspects of the brokerages services. All in all, Capital Markets appears to be a viable online trading brokerage, but we would advise traders to proceed with caution if choosing this broker as they are virtually unheard of in the trading industry and have yet to build a viable reputation.
