Charts Overview

HitBTC utilizes two types of charts in order to accommodate both beginner and advanced cryptocurrency traders. For instance, beginner traders tend to use the charts developed by HitBTC. These cryptocurrency charts are very user friendly and easy to understand but have limited tools and features. Traders are limited to viewing the crypto charts in a candle stick format with no ability to toggle between line, bar, or mountain chart viewing modes. Traders can view the charts in different times frames such as 1 minute, 3 minute, 5 minute, 15 minute, 30 minute, 1 hour, 4 hour, 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month. As well, the chart EMA can be viewed in periods of the traders choosing. The only other charting feature for the basic HitBTC chart is OHLCV data for any particular dates.

The charts which are utilized by advanced cryptocurrency traders are provided by TradingView. Traders can easily switch over to the TradingView charts with the click of a button. These charts are far more advanced and feature a wide array of tools, technical indicators, time frames, and chart types. For instance, traders have access to 11 main drawing tools with numerous variations, over 50 technical indicators, 10 different time frames, 6 different chart types, and various other customization and analysis features. For these reasons, TradingView charts are very popular and familiar among many traders in the investing and trading industries.
In addition to the standard HitBTC and TradingView charts, HitBTC also features a market depth chart. This chart shows a graphical representation of the buy and sell orders along with the liquidity of volume for each. This chart is a nicely added feature in which some other cryptocurrency exchanges do not include. All in all, HitBTC offers their traders some great charting capabilities which are attractive to both experienced and beginner traders.
