OTC BB Exchange Charts

The over-the-counter bulletin board (OTCBB) is not a physical exchange, but rather an electronic quotation trading service which is provided by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). This service provides traders with up to date price and volume information for equity securities which are traded over the counter (OTC). In order to be listed on the OTCBB electronic exchange, companies must submit periodic financial reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or another qualified regulator. This is the only requirement for OTCBB listed companies as their market capitalization and other details are not taken into account.

OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB)
For all the companies that do not meet the requirements of the main three OTC Markets Group exchanges, they can be listed here if they file timely reports to a US regulatory agency. All companies traded on the OTCB market are done so electronically through a web of market makers, they are not traded on any major exchanges. This is primarily because the company stocks are relatively small in size and are known to be rather risky and unstable.
