FedFirst Financial’s business activity is the ownership of the outstanding capital stock of the Bank. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries are First Federal Savings Bank, a federally chartered stock savings bank, and FedFirst Exchange Corporation (FFEC). FFEC has an 80% controlling interest in Exchange Underwriters, Inc. (Exchange Underwriters). Exchange Underwriters is a full-service, independent insurance agency, which offers property and casualty, commercial liability, surety and other insurance products. In March 2009, Exchange Underwriters completed the acquisition of Allsurance Insurance Agency.
