It constructs new build jackup drilling rigs and multi-purpose jackup liftboats; and undertakes offshore construction projects, including complex living quarters, wellhead decks, topsides, jackets, parts for FPSOs/FPUs, and other offshore fixed facilities. The company also fabricates foundations; and packaged, pre-assembled, and modularized units, as well as accommodation modules and complex process modules for onshore LNG and downstream modular construction projects. In addition, it provides oil and gas contracting services, such as land rig, rig refurbishment, engineering and construction, operation and maintenance, and safety services; and manpower supply services. The company was founded in 1974 and is based in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
