Its Corporates and Financial Markets segment offers traditional banking products and services, including corporate accounts, domestic and international money transfers, payment cards, cash services, and liquidity management products; and corporate finance products, hedging instruments, equity capital market services, debt capital market instruments, mergers and acquisitions, and leasing and factoring services. mBank S.A. operates 279 retail banking branches; and 29 corporate branches and 16 corporate offices. The company was formerly known as BRE Bank S.A. and changed its name to mBank S.A. in November 2013. mBank S.A. was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. mBank S.A. is a subsidiary of Commerzbank AG.
