The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Russell 1000 OFI Dynamic Multifactor Index.
Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of companies included in the underlying index. The underlying index is constructed using a rules-based methodology by selecting equity securities from the Russell 1000 Index (the “parent index”), which measures the performance of the 1,000 largest-capitalization companies in the United States.
