Polaris Infrastructure Inc., a renewable energy company, acquires, explores, develops, and operates geothermal energy projects in Latin America. The company, through its subsidiaries, owns and operates a 72 megawatt net capacity geothermal facility, the San Jacinto project, located in northwest Nicaragua. Its exploration and development properties include the Casita-San Cristobal project comprising an exploration concession with an area of 100 square kilometers located in northwest Nicaragua; the Orita project located in Imperial County, California; and the Clayton Valley geothermal project located in Esmeralda County, Nevada. Polaris Infrastructure Inc. also has a portfolio of geothermal exploration properties, consisting of Reese River in Southern California, as well as South Meager Creek in British Columbia, Canada. The company was formerly known as Ram Power, Corp. and changed its name to Polaris Infrastructure Inc. in May 2015. Polaris Infrastructure Inc. was incorporated in 1984 and is based in Toronto, Canada.
