In addition, it offers desktop and laptop computers; computer accessories, such as monitors, keyboards, and printers; and mobile products, including smart phones, tablets, and accessories under the Singer, Dell, Huawei, and Samsung brands. It also provides consumer credit and other financial services. The company was formerly known as Singer N.V. and changed its name to Retail Holdings N.V. in September 2004. Retail Holdings N.V. was founded in 1851 and is headquartered in Willemstad, Curaçao.
