As of December 31, 2017, its offshore drilling fleet consisted of 12 vessels, including 6 ultra-deep-water units, 2 high specification jack-ups, 3 standard jack-ups, and 1 barge tender rig; and onshore drilling rig fleet comprised 87 units.
