Zenith Energy Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, explores for, develops, and produces oil and natural gas in Azerbaijan and Italy. It explores for oil and gas in central Asia; and produces electricity and condensate. The company holds interests in three petroleum producing onshore fields, as well as gas producing assets in Azerbaijan. It also holds interests in 13 onshore exploration and production properties, as well as condensate and electricity production sites in Italy. The company was formerly known as Canoel International Energy Ltd. and changed its name to Zenith Energy Ltd. in October 2014. Zenith Energy Ltd. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
