ZhongDe Waste Technology AG designs, manufactures, and installs incinerators for the disposal of solid medical, municipal, and industrial waste in the People’s Republic of China. It operates through three segments: Build-Operate-Transfer/Build-Operate-Own-Transfer (BOT/BOOT) Projects; Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Projects; and Incinerators. The BOT/BOOT Projects segment builds and operates waste incinerators under concession. The EPC Projects segment is involved in the design, construction planning, procurement, construction, and assembly of waste-to-energy incinerators. The Incinerators segment develops, produces, and installs incinerators for public and private-sector companies. ZhongDe Waste Technology AG was founded in 1996 and is based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
