Market Miner Review – Let’s See If It Is Smart

Overview

Market Miner is a relatively new cryptocurrency trading robot system that is headquartered in Christchurch, New Zealand. The company also has offices in London, United Kingdom.

As I look online, I see mixed perceptions of Market Miner. I am always careful to believe positives or negatives of any system until I dig deep myself.

Let’s take a close look at Market Miner and see if it is a smart trading robot as the company says it is on their website.

By the way, Market Miner is owned and managed by Crypto Technology LTD.

Using the software

From my understanding, accounts at Market Miner are free to create. Market Miner is a trading robot and broker all in one.

The software is considered easy to set up and you can try it with a demo account before you risk your own money.

Market Miner only accepts deposits in Bitcoin. When you are ready to trade, you adjust your settings. You will choose which indicators you want the system to use, the cryptocurrency you want to trade in, and the amount of Bitcoin you are willing to risk on each trade.

You then simply turn the system to automatic trading and let the robot work.

Cost

As I stated, it is free to create an account. But to trade, you will have to deposit Bitcoin in your Market Miner account. The minimum deposit is .05 Bitcoin and the minimum trade amount is .0015 Bitcoin.

I cannot put that in terms of dollars as Bitcoin fluctuates regularly in value.

Customer Service

Market Miner provides various ways to get questions answered or issues solved. They do have live chat on their website. Also, they list a phone number that I believe is to their London office. There is also a customer service email and the company’s address in Christchurch.

Pros

  • The system is a broker and robot all in one. Your funds are held safely by MarketMiner and they claim you can withdraw upon request.
  • 4 indicators to use.
  • A large range of cryptocurrencies to trade on.
  • You have control over the robot settings

Cons

  • A lot of negative reviews
  • The terms and conditions states that the system goes by the laws of the State of California. But they are in New Zealand.
  • No explanation on how the software works.

Summary

There are many traders who claim they have not been able to withdraw their funds from Market Miner. I do see where the system gives bonuses and a trader must meet the bonus stipulations before they can withdraw. I do wonder if this is the case. I know that is why many brokers have stopped giving bonuses.

It is a fairly new crypto trading robot. We will keep a close eye on developments and will keep you up to date here on Investing Online.
