Forex4You doesn't plainly offer an ecn account, instead a variety of other, less popular choices.

FXPrimus offers one of the widest ranges of equities and financial instruments available across many different markets. I also like their customer support.
FX Primus is regulated in Cyprus, an area known for the thinnest regulation in the market. Also if you prefer any platform other than MT4, you're out of luck.

BTC Trade is a solid option for new (russian) traders who are looking to learn the ropes of the market.
My main complaint is that this broker only accepts traders from 2 countries, pretty limited experience they offer as well.

BitKonan is user friendly and does have a solid reputation among crypto brokers.
BitKonan doesn't have very many assets to trade. They don't come across as a professional brokerage in my opinion.

Nairex is a good choice if you are a novice Bitcoin trader, but beyond that it's not so great
Nairex is too basic for me and only allows Bitcoin trading.

AlfaForex offers a selection of popular trading platforms to choose from. They are also widely reputable and highly regulated.
I would like AlfaForex better if they had a demo account. Backtesting strategies is important.

MaxiMarkets has great customer support and offers a selection of user friendly trading platforms.
MaxiMarkets has a high initial deposit for traders, something I found discouraging for a brokerage that is unlicensed.

FreshForex is highly regulated. They also possess highly advanced trading instruments that I found favorable.
FreshForex doesn't allow trading for many citizens, it seems mainly meant for Russians or less mainstream nations of the financial world.

ForexStart does allow favorable leverage along with some startling high leverage capabilities.
I found Forex Start to be really behind in terms of a user friendly experience and offerings.
