ACX is somewhat reputable and offers a decent range of equities for speculation. They also support fiat currency conversion which is convenient.
ACX is basic and unregulated. There are many better options to invest your money with.

Fidelity has great customer service and a popular platform to access a favorable range of equities.
I didn't care for Fidelity's high deposit minimum or commissions.

Charles Schwab is one of the most trusted names in the financial community, however if you're looking for forex trading this is not the broker.

TD Ameritrade has some great advantages over other brokers. I especially favor their ThinkorSwim platform.
TD Ameritrade comes at a higher cost than some brokerages, but doesn't require a large deposit minimum.

Selfwealth is regulated and offers professional customer service. They also have low fees.
This broker feels like it was started by people who wanted to provide a good service but didn't know how to orchestrate that, or who are just unprofessional.
