Tradestation meets all the criteria I desire in a broker. They have a strong range of assets and favorable trading conditions as well as an intuitive platform to access the market with.
Tradestation isn't a good choice for traders who are just starting out.

NextMarket has most of the options that I look for in a broker. I love their range of assets.
NextMarket forces traders to use their proprietary platform instead of a popular platform option. Something I really don't care for.

EuropeFX has a strong array of financial instruments that they make available to its traders. They also have a few good options for platforms that traders can choose from.
EuropeFX could use some better support options and strong regulation before I consider them to be worth my investment.

This brokerage is licensed and regulated. They also boast strong charting abilities and a very user-friendly trading experience.
In researching this brokerage I found that some clients had an unfavorable experience while others claim to have had a great experience. They do not allow American traders and are also licensed only by a gambling commission.

This brokerage offers decent leverage and a low deposit minimum. While they have a bad name in some circles, they have a good name in others.
I found the reputation for HYCM to be rather mixed. Some claim them to be a great broker, while others claim they are a scam. Specifically clients have problems with trade manipulation that is not in favor of the client.

This brokerage has a long list of assets available for trade, additionally they are a regulated broker.
TeleTrade offers no bonuses or promotions, but their customer service is quite unresponsive. Their license to operate is also regulated in Cyprus.

Opteck is a regulated brokerage, but they are operating under the loosest regulations allows in Cyprus.
The list of complaints against this brokerage all contain the word scam, a big red flag for potential clients.

I'd prefer to steer clear of unregulated brokerages such as this one.
In addition to a shady reputation, this brokerage offers a poor trading experience. They are also unregulated.

PlusOption does offer a spot option trading platform. Additionally, they offer many assets for speculative trading.
PlusOption is unfortunately not a regulated brokerage and as such does not deserve the trust required to deposit with them.

They do have good leverage and some convenient methods for deposits and withdrawals, if they allow you to withdraw that is.
IronFX has been given an official SCAM rating by the FPA, a non-biased brokerage review community based in the United States.
